The Breakfast club opens every school day morning from 7.30am - 8.50am.  During the session the children have access to simple craft activities, a free range of colouring and drawing facilities, jigsaws, games and books plus any other relevant resources. They enjoy breakfast altogether around the table at approximately 8.15am

The After School Club opens from 3.15pm - 5.50pm every school night.  During the session the children will be offered a wide range of structured activities including - structured games, free play, painting, colouring, craft activities, group games, jigsaws, television area, plus much more.

The current costs are £3.50 per child for the Breakfast Club and £6.00 per session for the After School Club.

Discounted slots are available between 8:45am - 8:55am charged at £1.50 and between 3:15pm - 3:45pm charged at £2.50. 

Once session are booked, if cancelled or the child/ren do not attend then half the fee is still payable and will not be refunded or transferred to other days.  This is because staff are booked on the number of children attending each session.  This will only differ in exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the Supervisor.

Payment for the Breakfast Club and the After School Club can be though cheques or cash (payable to Cool Club) for either session. It would be appreciated if payments are given in advance. 

Children can still attend extra-curricular school run activities as long as they register in at the After School Club before joining the other clubs.  The Supervisor is responsible for checking the safe arrival of all club members.
