Hello and a very warm welcome to our Year 2 class page! 

We are so excited for the year ahead and can’t wait to see all the wonderful things the children will learn, discover and achieve together. We are going to have a year full of friendship, learning and lots of happy memories! 

A Little Bit About Our Class

Mrs Archer is our full-time class teacher and is supported each day by the lovely Mrs Harrison. On a Tuesday afternoon, we are very lucky to have Mr Cooper, our Headteacher, teaching us while Mrs Archer has her PPA time!

PE Days

Our PE days are Tuesday and Thursday. Please make sure your child comes to school ready for PE on these days. 

Book Bags & Spelling Books

Fridays are our book bag days! 

Please bring book bags into school every Friday. We will check all of the bags and send home the children's marked spelling books so that they can practise their spellings at home.

Keeping in Touch

We will regularly share little snippets of what we have been learning and enjoying in class! 

Our weekly class newsletter, updates and photographs will be shared privately on our ClassDojo page for all parents and carers to see. Please keep an eye on ClassDojo for all our latest news!
