Geography Quiz
Miss Grimes, our Geography leader, organizes a quiz at the end of each term to test the children's knowledge and understanding of the continent we have been studying as part of our Geography curriculum. This term our children have enjoyed learning all about Asia and were delighted to have the opportunity to showcase this knowledge in a Geography team challenge this morning. They answered 20 questions about the continent of Asia, ranging from different flags and currencies, human and physical features, different languages, traditional foods and many more aspects of this diverse continent. The children were organized into mixed teams of children from Reception to Year 6 and worked brilliantly together to answer the questions. Miss Grimes threw in a few 'bonus' questions, which even stretched some of the adults in the room, so that all children were fully challenged. Well done to Miss Grimes for organizing it all, the children for learning so much and the winning team for doing so well.
